Aquavista Property Consultants Ltd has launched a new website
- www.worldpropertyshop.com.
The website combines all the countries in which Aquavista sells property
and is the first website to breach the gap between portal websites and agency
websites.
The goal in creating the website was to have a website that appeared
simple and very easy to use, whilst underneath it provides huge capability
and you ok with the how I worded everything becomes the focal point of the
company.
The website features all the latest web technology providing a
variety of methods to search, view and receive property information and
updates. In addition it becomes Aquavista's complete CRM solution, providing
a single on-line database of all Aquavista customers, properties and information,
accessible from anywhere in the world.
Property details are create created automatically reducing the
time to create details from 1 hour to 5 minutes and tailor-made personal
portfolios can now be assembled in just a couple of minutes.
In conjunction with the new website, Aquavista has launched 4 new
countries - Cyprus, Greece, Italy & Portugal.
Intelligent quick search function that only provides options to
suit property available so you will never get a "No properties
match you requirement" page. Ability to store and request your favourite
properties Save searches and receive e-mail updates of new properties matching
the search RSS feed of latest 10 properties from any search result. Multi-currency
operation, with exchange rates updated daily Property details in pdf files
created "on the fly" Extensive use of CSS to maximise load times.
Comprehensive buying guides and location guides FAQ sections for each property
and guides.
The website is being rolled out in several stage, and over
the next few month these additional features will be added.
- Google maps integration to see where a property is located
or to use as a method of search. Budget guide for each property
(total budget including breakdown required to purchase the property
- price+ taxes + legal fees + etc).
- Statistics to see most requested country/location/property (total and
month by month)
